- A study aimed to create a non-invasive model to predict the WHO/ISUP grading of clear-cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) using the Centrality index (CI) and other clinical parameters.
- Data from 248 patients were analyzed to develop three models, with the best being a fusion model of CI and tumor size, showing strong predictive performance (AUC of 0.85 in validation).
- The findings suggest that incorporating tumor size with CI may enhance urologists' ability to assess patient prognosis for ccRCC.
