Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are novel class of stable regulatory RNAs abundantly expressed in the brain. However, their role in fear extinction (EXT) memory remains largely unexplored. To investigate the mechanisms of Circular Special AT-rich Sequence Binding Protein 2 (circSatb2) in EXT memory, we constructed a lentivirus overexpressing circSatb2 and injected it into the infralimbic prefrontal cortex (ILPFC) of the mouse brain.

However, few studies have examined the gene expression regulatory network (GRN) in IDH-mutant and wild-type gliomas. In this study, single-cell RNA sequencing and spatial transcriptome sequencing were used to analyze the GRN of cell subsets in patients with IDH-mutant and wild-type gliomas.

Moreover, epidemiological studies have not accurately identified patients with glioma-related epilepsy (GRE), and there is an urgent need to identify the molecular mechanisms and markers of its occurrence. We analyzed the demographics, transcriptome, whole-genome, and methylation sequences of 997 patients with glioma, to determine the genetic differences between glioma and GRE patients and to determine the upregulated molecular function, cellular composition, biological processes involved, signaling pathways, and immune cell infiltration.

Methods: Computer-based searches were conducted on various databases including PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, the China Biology Medicine, the China National Knowledge Infrastructure, and Wanfang Database. Inclusion criteria were studies reporting the use of RA techniques for cervical screw placement and providing data on safety and accuracy outcomes.
Diagnosing and treating glioblastoma patients is currently hindered by several obstacles, such as tumor heterogeneity, the blood-brain barrier, tumor complexity, drug efflux pumps, and tumor immune escape mechanisms. Combining multiple methods can increase benefits against these challenges. For example, nanomaterials can improve the curative effect of glioblastoma treatments, and the synergistic combination of different drugs can markedly reduce their side effects.

However, few studies have focused on the application of MR in the Lumbar fracture (LF). In this retrospective study, our aim is to analyze some findings by investigating the feasibility of MR applied to lumbar fracture treatment.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFA variety of novel drugs and advanced therapeutic strategies have been developed for diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs); however, the clinical outcomes are unsatisfactory and the underlying mechanisms of DFU remain elusive. MicroRNAs (miRNA) regulate the pathological processes of many diseases. Fibroblasts are involved in each stage of wound healing, and the functions of fibroblasts may be regulated by miRNAs.

At present, there are no special protocols for treating lumbar burst fracture (LBF) patients infected with SARS-CoV-2. Here, we present our lessons and experiences with a patient presenting with a severe LBF complicated by an occult SARS-CoV-2 infection.

However, some disadvantages exist, such as a prolonged operation time, extensive soft tissue injury, and excessive blood loss. Posterior vertebrectomy with unilateral pedicle approach (UPA) is a novel technique for decompression of spinal canal.
