Minimally invasive removal of a foreign body in the pancreas using digital intelligent technology: a case report.

Pancreatitis caused by a fish bone penetrating the posterior wall of the stomach and entering the pancreas is rare. We herein report a case involving a woman in her late 30s with an approximately 1-month history of recurrent upper abdominal pain. Initial evaluation at another hospital failed to identify the cause but raised suspicion of pancreatic cancer.

Identification of a Four Cancer Stem Cell-Related Gene Signature and Establishment of a Prognostic Nomogram Predicting Overall Survival of Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma.

Background: Cancer stem cells (CSCs) are now being considered as the initial component in the development of pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD). Our aim was to develop a CSCrelated signature to assess the prognosis of PAAD patients for the optimization of treatment.

Methods: Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between pancreatic tumor and normal tissue in the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) were screened out, and the weighted gene correlation network analysis (WGCNA) was employed to identify the CSC-related gene sets.

[Determination of activity of transglycosidase in diastatic enzyme by high performance liquid chromatography].

An analytical method for the determination of the activity of transglycosidase in diastatic enzyme by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was established. Taken as the substrate, maltose was transformed into trisaccharide by transglycosidase in a 37 degrees C water bath and acetic acid buffer solution (pH = 4.8) with acarbose as transglycosidase inhibitor.

[Rapid determination of melamine in eggs by high performance liquid chromatography].

A rapid method for the determination of melamine in eggs was established using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The melamine in a test sample was extracted with ultrasonic in 1% trichloroacetic acid for 10 min, and then purified with precipitation, centrifugation and filtration, at last tested by HPLC system. The total time of HPLC analysis for each sample was only 10 min.
