The efficacy of neoadjuvant therapy varies significantly with hormone receptor (HR) status for patients with human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) positive breast cancer (BC). Despite extensive research on HER2 + BC, the optimal neoadjuvant strategy for HR+/HER2 + BC remains inconclusive. This study aimed to identify the optimal neoadjuvant regimen for HR+/HER2 + BC treatment.

We derived our data from the SEER database, using Cox proportional risk regression models for univariate and multivariate analyses of 5-years overall survival (5yOS) and 5-years cancer-specific survival (5yCSS). The results showed that younger age, female, non-white race, highly differentiated histologic grade, non-Signet ring cell adenocarcinoma, low N stage, lesser curvature of the stomach, OP followed by adjuvant C/T with or without RT, partial gastrectomy, C/T and others, Radiation therapy, and Chemotherapy were significantly associated with better 5yOS and 5yCSS.

Methods: We systematically searched a total of nine databases from the time of creation to 20 March 2023. The quality of the literature was assessed using the risk of bias assessment tool in the Cochrane Handbook.
Background: The prognosis of multifocal multicentric breast cancer (MIBC) was related to many factors, and there are different recommendations for surgical approaches. We compare the effects of breast-conserving surgery (BCS) and mastectomy on the survival of multifocal multicenter breast cancer female patients.
Methods: A total of 38,164 female patients with pathologically confirmed multifocal multicenter invasive breast cancer from 2000 to 2018 in the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database were extracted, and the effects of different factors on the survival of these patients were retrospectively analyzed.
