[Inhibitory effect of a novel histone deacetylases inhibitor FK228 on human colon cancer HCT-116 cells in vitro and in vivo].

Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effects of a novel histone deacetylases inhibitor FK228 on human colon cancer HCT-116 cells in vitro and in vivo, and evaluate its toxicity and side effects.
