Thermal magnetic resonance (ThermalMR) is a hyperthermia variant that exploits radio frequency (RF)-induced heating to examine the role of temperature in biological systems and disease.

The SG was designed around phase-locked loop (PLL) chips and a field-programmable gate array chip.
