[Brief introduction of acupuncture needling and teaching keypoint].

We summarized our accumulated clinical and teaching experiences and explored the regularity of acupuncture needling and teaching. It is of great importance in pressing hand during inserting needle. Stroking and pressing are two crucial parts which deserve more attention, and seldom useage of pressing hand should be abolished.

[Discussion on the control of treatment amount of acupuncture and moxibustion for peripheral facial paralysis].

To explore the control principles of treatment amount of acupuncture and moxibustion for peripheral facial paralysis. (1) Early stage: in this period, the selected acupoints should be few, therapy should be easy and simple, and the treatment amount should be small and basically constant, which is called constant acupoints and amount. (2) Middle stage: the treatment of this stage should be given with more acupoints and various therapies, the treatment amount should be gradually increasing and reach the peak within a certain time and keep it for an appropriate time, which is called increasing acuponts and amount.

[Quality control on acupuncture treatment].

The theory and practice of acupuncture treatment are explored and summarized in this article from the viewpoint of clinical practice. And three major principles of quality control on acupuncture treatment is put forward, namely intensive control according to individuals, which divides patients into six categories based on their body constitutions of extreme sensitive, super sensitive, sensitive, normal, dull and super dull; intensive control according to diseases, which adjusts the intensive of acupuncture treatment according to diseases, stage of diseases and progress of diseases; and intensive control according to practitioners, which regulates acupuncture intensive according to techniques of practitioners, opportunities of treatment (season, temperature and condition of the patients, etc.) as well as treating methods.

[Classified teaching of acupoints: standardized teaching in Jingluo Shuxue Xue (Channels and Acupoints science)].

The purpose of this study is to summarize teaching experiences on channel and acupoints. The method of classified teaching is put forward and approached to explore the law of acupoint teaching. It is held that the method could reduce randomness and enhance appropriateness, rationality and scientific validity of the teaching.
