The study developed an efficient SERS method for detecting flunixin meglumine (FM) residues in animal tissues using a novel Au@MIL-100 (Fe) substrate made from gold nanoparticles and metal-organic frameworks.
The synthesized substrate showed strong properties like high sensitivity, stability, and the ability to enhance Raman signals, with analysis of FM in pork achieving a wide detection range and high correlation coefficient.
Results indicated that the SERS method matches standard detection techniques in precision and accuracy, highlighting its potential for rapid, on-site testing.
