We introduce MCGLPPI++, a meta-learning framework designed to improve the adaptability of pretrained geometric models in such scenarios. To effectively boost the meta-learning optimization by injecting prior intersample distribution knowledge, three specially designed training sample cluster splitting patterns based on protein interaction interfaces are introduced.

Culture-based studies have suggested that plasmodia are associated with one or several species of bacteria; however, by amplicon sequencing, it was shown that up to 31-52 bacteria species could be detected in one myxomycete, suggesting that the bacterial diversity associated with myxomycetes was likely to be underestimated. To fill this gap and characterize myxomycetes' microbiota and functional traits, the diversity and functional characteristics of microbiota associated with the plasmodia of six myxomycetes species were investigated by metagenomic sequencing.

Methods: Tract-based spatial statistics (TBSS) were used to compare the difference in WM fractional anisotropy (FA) between SLE and HCs groups. The differences in WM networks between groups are compared using graph theory.

We thus evaluated the incidence of postoperative strokes and the association between strokes and postoperative neurocognitive outcomes in older patients recovering from non-cardiac surgery.
Methods: PRECISION was a two-center prospective cohort study.
Backgrounds: The cerebral oximetry index (CO) uses near-infrared spectroscopy to estimate cerebral autoregulation during cardiac surgery. However, the relationship between intraoperative loss of cerebral autoregulation and postoperative delirium or stroke remains unclear in patients recovering from carotid endarterectomy (CEA).
Methods: Our prospective observational cohort study enrolled patients scheduled for CEA.

Background: While observational research has highlighted a possible link between ankylosing spondylitis (AS) and type 2 diabetes (T2DM), the quality of evidence remains limited, and the causal relationship is yet to be established. This study aims to explore the causal link between AS and T2DM, as well as its impact on traits related to glucose metabolism.
Method: To infer a causal relationship between AS and various diabetes-related traits, including type 1 diabetes (T1DM), T2DM, blood glucose levels, fasting glucose, glycated hemoglobin, and fasting insulin, we employed Mendelian randomization (MR) analysis.
In this work, different injection modes (single injection, overlapping injection, and continuous injection) of countercurrent chromatography were used and compared for the isolation and purification of glabridin from the crude extract of Glycyrrhiza glabra. The two-phase solvent system consisting of n-hexane/ethyl acetate/methanol/water (5:4:5:4, v/v) was employed as stationary and mobile phases. Compared with single injection mode, both overlapping injection and continuous injection modes exhibited higher separation efficiency at the same sample loading capacity.
