Objective: 177 Lu-PSMA-617-radioligand therapy (RLT) has shown promising therapeutic role in patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. However, off-target action in salivary glands often presents with xerostomia. Personalized dosimetry can help in optimizing the treatment, however, has so far been tedious due to multiple time-point imaging.

Androgen deprivation therapy plays an integral role in the treatment algorithm of advanced prostate cancer. Enzalutamide has shown great benefit in castrate-sensitive as well as resistant prostate cancer. Few studies have shown that enzalutamide can potentially increase the PSMA expression on 68 Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT imaging in patients with metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer.
