Commonly reported complications after revascularisation or replantation of extremity are vascular thrombosis leading to complete or partial failure, bony non-union or malunion, joint stiffness and incomplete or abnormal sensory recovery. Sympathetic dysfunction dermatitis is an unreported complication after revascularisation or replantation surgery which results due to denervation of the extremity. We report a case of a young adult who developed eczematous dermatitis over the revascularised upper limb and discuss the role of sympathetic dysfunction in the development of these skin lesions.

Background: Lipoma in nasal region in a case of Pai syndrome is very rare. Very few cases of Pai syndrome with columellar lipoma with extension to septum and tip have been reported till date.
Case Presentation: We report a very rare form of nasal lipoma in a case of Pai syndrome with extension to septum and tip in a 4 year old female child.

Several theories on embryogenesis of esophageal atresia have been proposed, none could explain the whole spectrum of this anomaly. We report a new variant of esophageal atresia in which the two blind pouches were joined by an atretic band. Histology of the atretic part showed groups of striated muscle arranged haphazardly without any lumen.
