- - The study aimed to analyze seasonal changes in two polyphenolic compounds, epicatechin and gallic acid, in the bark of Saraca asoca using RP-HPLC-DAD methods.
- - Results showed that epicatechin levels peaked in early winter (Shishir Ritu), while gallic acid concentrations were highest in early winter (Hemant Ritu), indicating significant seasonal variation in these compounds.
