Methods: MTT assay was used to analyze the effect of the GCPS on the proliferation of HepG2 Cell; Nucleus change of HepG2 treated with GCP was observed by Hoechst33258 fluorescence staining, and BAX and BCL-2 were detected with western-blot assay.

Results: GCPS could inhibit the proliferation of HepG2 Cell in a time and dosage dependent way, and its half-maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) was 1.

In this research, the test mice were heated to 40, 42, 44 and 46°C, respectively, for 20 min and recovered at room temperature for 8 h in normal feeding conditions; the control animals were kept at room temperature without heat stress.
