Progressive glomerular damage can occur as a result of various etiologic factors including infections, medications, diseases, and autoimmune disorders. This article discusses the clinical management of the leading conditions associated with glomerular disease, including glomerulosclerosis, diabetic nephropathy, focal segmental glomerulosclerosis, and membranous nephropathy.
