Background: Shift work sleep disorders (SWSDs) are associated with the high turnover rates of nurses, and are considered a major medical safety issue. However, initial management can be hampered by insufficient awareness. To date, MuSK-MG has not been reported in multiple myeloma (MM).
Case Presentation: A 60-year-old male with MM who was receiving treatment with bortezomib and thalidomide presented diplopia, ptosis, and limb weakness.
Vertebral artery dissection and recurrent meningitis are rare complications in Behçet's disease. Behçet's disease may be associated with familial Mediterranean fever. Here, we describe a 52-year-old woman with severe headache who exhibited recurrent meningitis and vertebral artery dissection.
