Unlabelled: During the first year after Israel's declaration of independence, 350,000 Holocaust survivors immigrated to Israel, about 1/3 of the country's population at that time. Their poor public image ("soap", "avac adam"--shadow of a man) and the Zionist--pioneer attitude of rejecting the "diasporal mentality", led to arrogance and disrespect towards the survivors. The attitude of therapists towards the victims has been influenced by the public atmosphere and their problems did not receive the attention they deserved.

Some physicians confuse seriousness with professionalism, therefore avoiding the expression of humor in daily practice. This review aims to exemplify the use of humor in everyday practice in the primary care setting, illustrating the benefits of its use. Background: Sleepiness at the wheel is the main cause of approximately a fifth of road traffic accidents. The driver will often feel drowsy before the accident, therefore preventive measures can be taken in order to stay alert.

Aim: To estimate sleepiness among sleep deprived drivers and to explore methods they use to stay alert.
