The general dynamic properties of the electron, as quasiparticle in conduction band of graphene, were analyzed. It is shown that in graphene, these properties essentially differ from similar base properties for crystals with a simple lattice, despite insignificant, on the first sight, difference of dispersion law ε(p). Primarily, crystals with an elementary cell of arbitrary complexity of structure were considered.

It is known that synthesis of adenosine triphosphoric acid in mitochondrions may be only completed on the condition of transport of the electron pairs, which were created due to oxidation processes, to mitochondrions. As of today, many efforts were already taken in order to understand those processes that occur in the course of donor-acceptor electron transport between cellular organelles (that is, between various proteins and protein structures). However, the problem concerning the mechanisms of electron transport over these organelles still remains understudied.

It is considered that the major process in an organism is the synthesis of the adenosine triphosphate (ATP) molecules (its resumption from the adenosine diphosphate (ADP) molecules). These molecules are the basic (if not unique) energy resource of an organism. For the completion of process of the ATP synthesis in mitochondria, it is necessary to transfer to it a pair of electrons from places where electrons rise up as a result of oxidizing processes.

Unlabelled: An α-helical region of protein molecule was considered in a model of nanotube. The molecule is in conditions of quantum excitations. Such model corresponds to a one-dimensional molecular nanocrystal with three molecules in an elementary cell at the presence of excitation.

The diagnostic value of preparations is commonly characterized by sensitivity and specificity. But not all these characteristics make it possible to decide unequivocally which of the preparations to be compared is superior to the other one with respect to its diagnostic value. It is proposed that in the choice of a diagnostic preparation its capacity to provide data for exact diagnosis should be considered, i.

Lipid peroxidation parameters were assessed from the levels of malonic dialdehyde, antioxidant activity from the blood and salivary total antioxidant activity, biopsy specimens of the minor salivary glands were examined by electron microscopy in 34 patients with Sjogren's disease. Both blood and salivary levels of malonic dialdehyde were found increased whereas total antioxidant activity lowered in these patients; destructive changes were detected in the acinar cells basal membranes. The authors suggest that spontaneous (because of insufficiency of antioxidant enzymic systems) lipid peroxidation reactions are responsible for these changes.

During the clinical examination of copper smelters the disorders of some body systems were detected. They were assumed to be caused by changes in the ratio of lipid peroxidation and antioxidative body activity. The study of isolated and sulphur dioxide-combined effect of copper dusts on rats revealed that interaction of sulphur dioxide metabolites and metals, contained in dusts, formed a "vicious circle" and reduced protective capacities of antioxidative blood systems and liver, thus giving rise to body accumulation of cytotoxic products of lipid peroxidation.
