Objective: The effect of PUE on enhancing the anti-cancerous efficacy of DDP on drug-resistant A549/DDP cancer and the underlying mechanisms were thoroughly investigated.
Materials And Methods: The cytotoxicity of PUE, DDP, and PUE + DDP to A549 cells and A549/DDP cells, respectively, is determined by cell apoptosis experiments. Anti-proliferation effect of PUE, DDP, and PUE + DDP on A549 cells and A549/DDP cells is evaluated by the cell cloning assay.
