Objective: Effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on knowledge, attitude, and practices toward antenatal care among antenatal women.
Design: Prospective observational study.
Method: After taking written and informed consent, 3000 term/near-term SARS CoV2-negative antenatal women admitted to the hospital for emergency were enrolled; excluding those in advance labour or critically ill.
Background: Placenta accreta spectrum (PAS) disorders are defined as range of pathological adherence/invasion of placenta. Prenatal diagnosis of PAS disorders using ultrasound doppler can optimize fetomaternal outcome and reduce complications.
Objectives: To study the predictive value of prenatal ultrasound staging system for the presence and severity of placenta accreta spectrum and its correlation with fetomaternal outcomes.
