Hyperechogenic breast lesions are a relatively rare finding at breast ultrasonography and are traditionally thought to be benign. However, hyperechogenicity on the ultrasound alone does not provide enough evidence to rule out malignancy completely. We herein reported a short series of nine cases of echogenic malignant breast lesions, which include invasive ductal carcinoma, ductal carcinoma in situ, invasive lobular carcinoma, angiosarcoma, lymphoma, and metastasis to the breast.

Diagnosis of this entity is important because of its association with the cerebral aneurysm and also indicated during planned carotid or transsphenoidal surgery in thromboembolic disease and in the surveillance and detection of associated cerebral aneurysms. We report a case of congenital absence of unilateral ICA with associated cerebral aneurysm of the anterior cerebral artery.

Only a single case of IMT in the spermatic cord associated with undescended testes has been reported. We present a rare case of abdominal IMT in a male infant with undescended bilateral testes.
