A case of large aneurysms of the coronary arteries and abdominal aorta in an infant.

Aneurysms of the coronary arteries and abdominal aorta are extremely rare in infancy. Due to the rarity of the anomaly, there are no existing guidelines on management of these aneurysms. We describe the challenges in diagnosis, evaluation and management of an infantile Marfan with this rare presentation.

Technical Success, Midterm Primary Patency, and Factors Affecting Primary Patency of Subintimal Angioplasty Followed by Vasculomimetic Stenting for Trans-Atlantic Intersociety Consensus II C and D Femoropopliteal Arterial Disease-A Prospective Study.

 The best option among the endovascular options in long, complex femoropopliteal (FP) lesions, and factors affecting the patency have yet to be well described. There are few studies describing the mid- and long-term patency of endovascular stents in long-segment FP occlusions.  This study aimed to determine the technical success and mid-term patency of subintimal angioplasty with vasculomimetic stenting in Trans-Atlantic Inter-Society Consensus II (TASC) C and D FP disease.

False lumen regurgitation fraction and energy loss in the aorta measured using four-dimensional flow MRI to predict expansion of acute uncomplicated type B aortic dissection: a prospective study.

Aim: To assess the relationship between four-dimensional (4D)-flow-derived false lumen regurgitation fraction (FLRF) and energy loss (EL) percentage in the descending thoracic aorta (DTA) with the aortic growth rate in uncomplicated type B aortic dissection (uTBAD).

Methods And Materials: In this prospective study performed on 15 patients with uTBAD, computed tomography (CT) angiography and 4D-flow magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) were performed at the initial presentation with follow-up CT at 2 years. 4D-flow parameters, including maximum peak systolic velocity (PSV), FLRF, and percentage of EL were measured using Circle CV42.

Reverse Flow Thromboembolism From Distal Subclavian Artery Aneurysm Due to Arterial Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and Posterior Circulation Stroke-Role of Dynamic Doppler Imaging.

Introduction: Arterial thoracic outlet syndrome (aTOS) is the least common among the 3 subtypes of thoracic outlet syndrome and can be the cause of posterior circulation infarction due to thrombus from a secondary thrombosed subclavian-axillary artery aneurysm.

Case Report: Here, we report a case of a 51-year-old man who presented to our institute with sudden onset vertigo, dizziness, vomiting, gait imbalance, and visual field defects immediately after strenuous exercise. Computed tomography angiography revealed bilateral cervical ribs with aneurysmal dilatation of the left distal subclavian and proximal axillary arteries.

Synchronous Primary Multifocal Skeletal Chondrosarcoma of Extremity: A Report of 2 Cases.

Case: Multifocal synchronous primary skeletal chondrosarcomas of an extremity are rarely reported. In this study, we report 2 such cases. The first case is a 32-year-old woman who presented with extensive right femoral and tibial diaphysis lesions.
