Background: Poor sperm motility leading to male infertility has become a profound crisis to be addressed in this contemporary era. In many cases, the origin of poor sperm motility remains unexplained. Few studies reported the indispensable role of sperm-specific glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDHS) in sperm motility, however, studies on GAPDHS are severely confined.

Accurately predicting morbidity and mortality is crucial for timely interventions and improved patient care. The neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and C-reactive protein-to-albumin ratio (CAR) have shown potential as prognostic markers, balancing inflammation and nutritional status.

Saliva was collected from cows during estrus and diestrus, and subjected to LC-MS/MS-based proteomic analysis. A total of 2842 proteins were detected in the saliva of cows, out of which, 2437 and 1428 non-redundant proteins were identified in estrous and diestrous saliva, respectively.

Since sperm proteins play an important role in fertilization and post-fertilization events, the present study aimed to identify the sperm proteomic alterations in bulls with high sperm DNA Fragmentation Index (DFI%). Semen from Holstein-Friesian crossbred breeding bulls (n = 50) was subjected to Sperm Chromatin Structure Assay.

Hormonal aberrations associated with prolonged follicular dominance may affect the follicular microenvironment and composition of follicular fluid. The current study focused on proteome changes of follicular fluid in prolonged follicular dominance compared to physiological follicular dominance.

Recurrence of membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis (MPGN) is seen in 1965% cases of postrenal transplant resulting in graft loss in up to 35-50% of cases. A 31-year-old female, after 1% years on maintenance hemodialysis, underwent ABO compatible deceased donor kidney transplantation with basiliximab induction. During the immediate posttransplant period, the patient had delayed graft function, but achieved nadir creatinine of 0.
