Empowering women with breast cancer leads to better adaptation to diagnosis and treatment, and reduces the symptoms of cancer. The purpose of the researchers is to determine the effect of a telephone counseling and follow-up program on empowerment of women with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy. We used a non-randomized clinical trial design.
