Development of the Russian Economy in the Medium Term: Risks and Opportunities.

The article examines the key risks of the development of the Russian economy in the medium term, resulting from the deterioration of trade and economic relations with developed countries. The most important changes in the model of functioning of the national economy are described. It is stated that restrictions on the supply of imported products have become the leading factor in the reduction of economic activity in 2022.

The Quality of Growth and Digitalization in the Eurasian Integration Countries: An Econometric Analysis.

The article presents the results of an analysis of the impact of digitalization on the development trends and quality of growth of the economies of the Eurasian Economic Union member states. A comprehensive analysis of the phenomenon "quality of growth" is performed. The determinants of the quality of growth of the national economies that form the Eurasian Economic Union are analyzed.

The Russian Economy under the Impact of the Pandemic Crisis.

The main channels of influence of the new coronavirus infection pandemic on the economy are analyzed. The key features of the economic crisis caused by the pandemic are emphasized, the scale and depth of the economic decline largely depending on the actions of the authorities to restrict economic activity. It has been stated that as the pandemic crisis developed, the governments of the largest countries of the world adapted to its negative consequences for the economy, which was reflected in a decrease in the dependence of economic activity on the incidence of COVID-19.

Strategies for Socioeconomic Development with Low Greenhouse Gas Emissions: Scenarios and Realities for Russia.

This article is a supplemented and updated version of the report at the meeting of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences with the participation of the leadership of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development on September 21, 2021. The authors analyze the main opportunities and risks of implementing the Strategy for the Socioeconomic Development of the Russian Federation with Low Greenhouse Gas Emissions until 2050. The key role of the global climate agenda, determined by the leading countries of the world, primarily the European Union, in shaping the institutional environment that influences decision making in the field of national economic policy, is emphasized.

The System of Short-Term Regional Economic Monitoring in Moscow.

The article describes the system of short-term regional economic monitoring. The system has been developed by the authors and tested in Moscow since 2020. It consists of four hierarchical levels: aggregated regional economy, largest industries of regional economy, largest organizations by industry, small business.

Endogenization of Household Consumption in the Expanded Input-Output Model.

The article examines the relationship between the level of demand of income groups of the population and labor income. The influence of demand of various income groups of the population on production parameters has been investigated. As a calculation tool, input-output tables with an expanded total cost coefficient matrix by adding elements of wages and household consumption to it have been used.

The Pandemic Crisis as a Challenge for Economic Analysis and Policy.

The article is devoted to the main directions of the development of economic analysis under the influence of a pandemic crisis. The key features of the pandemic crisis, the formation of economic dynamics in its course, and the main directions of the authorities' response to the deterioration of the medical situation are considered. A description of the main directions of economic analysis during a pandemic crisis is given and the reasons for overestimating or underestimating the forecast estimates made at the beginning of the crisis are assessed.

Post-Pandemic Recovery: The Russian Economy and the Transition to Sustainable Social and Economic Development.

The article contemplates and evaluates the changes in the Russian economy precipitated by the epidemic of a new coronavirus. The key constraints of the development of the Russian economy in the medium and long term perspectives are analyzed.
