The lower productivity of square pyramid solar still is the prime impediment to its worldwide applicability. In the present study, efforts have been made to improve the productivity of square pyramid solar still using mono and hybrid nanofluid. The experiments were carried out with two similar square pyramid solar stills at a 1cm depth of basin fluid (saline water, mono, and hybrid nanofluid) under the climate of location (20.

Both cases had similarity in the cascade of complications of coronary dissection leading to slow flow and prolonged procedure time with compromise of antegrade flow in the coronary artery and a final catastrophic development of extensive intracoronary thrombosis extending into the left main and nonintervened vessel (left anterior descending or circumflex) followed by ventricular fibrillation and death. Bivalirudin has reversible anticoagulant pharmacodynamics because the bivalirudin molecule is cleaved by the thrombin molecule.

While the timely restoration of infarct artery patency is central, close attention needs to be paid to microvascular integrity for successful restoration of normal myocardial metabolism. Clearance of thrombus burden is central to restoring normal myocardial metabolism.

Materials And Methods: A prospective study to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of power injection of contrast media via indwelling PICCs was performed. Single-lumen and double-lumen polyurethane PICCs (5 F) were injected in vivo with contrast media for clinical CT examinations at injection rates ranging from 1 mL/sec to 4 mL/sec.
The authors report a case of a 5-year-old boy who initially presented with mastoiditis, underwent successful surgical treatment, and during the immediate postoperative period developed multiple, bilateral pulmonary artery pseudoaneurysms. The large size and multiplicity of the pseudoaneurysms precluded the patient from undergoing thoracic surgery. Successful endovascular coil and wire embolization was performed in a staged set of procedures with use of more than 30 m of wire and coils.
