Doubts still loom over the effectiveness of Ponseti casting in treating children with recurrent clubfeet. We have undertaken this study to confirm whether excellent results obtained in treating virgin clubfeet by Ponseti casting can be reproduced with equal success in relapsed clubfeet. The patients were divided into 2 groups; Group I was untreated children with congenital clubfeet younger than 1 year of age (21 feet) and Group II was children with relapsed congenital clubfeet younger than 2 years of age (21 feet).

Giant-cell tumour is a locally aggressive tumour of long bones of epiphyseal region commonly occurring in adults aged 20-40 years. Most common location is distal femur, proximal tibia, and distal radius. Different treatment options being used are curettage with bone graft or bone cement, resection with arthrodesis, reconstruction, radiation, and chemotherapy.

In this report, we present a case with difficult arthroscopic posterolateral portal formation due to loose body located in posterior compartment. These loose bodies are responsible for pain, decreased range of motion and cartilage damage in the knee joint. By making the posterior trans-septal portal prior, posterolateral portal could be made without difficulty completing the planned arthroscopic procedure.

The word aplasia/hypoplasia is used for partial or total absence of a bone. Fibula, a lower limb bone is one of the most common to be involved with this and its incidence is amongst the highest in long bone deficiencies. FATCO syndrome consisting of fibular aplasia, tibial campomelia and oligosyndactyly has been described in the literature but only one has been reported from India as per our literature review.
