Transdermal drug delivery systems hold promise, but their effectiveness is often constrained by the skin's barrier. Microneedles (MNs) improve drug permeability by creating micro-channels in the skin, yet they continue to face challenges such as infection risks and safety concerns. To overcome these challenges, a novel antimicrobial sponge MNs (ASMNs@PVP-INS) modified with polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) for insulin (INS) delivery was designed.

Specifically, a constrained model of M-MTA is built with the trade-off between minimizing the survivability of targets and minimizing the cost consumption of missiles. Moreover, a multi-objective optimization algorithm (NSGA-MTA) is proposed for M-MTA, where the hybrid encoding mechanism establishes the expression of the model and algorithm.

[Clinicopathologic study on reactive hyperplasia of lymph nodes in maxillofacial regions].

Objective: To investigate the clinicopathologic features of reactive hyperplasia of lymph nodes in maxillofacial regions.

Methods: Thirty-two patients with lymph node reactive hyperplasia (LRH) were analyzed clinicopathologically including pathomorphologic manifestation and immunohistochemical expression.
