Three-dimensional facial soft-tissue changes after surgical orthodontics in different vertical facial types of skeletal Class III malocclusion: A retrospective study.

The study compared the soft-tissue response to hard-tissue movement among different Class III vertical facial types after orthognathic surgery (OGS). The study included 90 consecutive adult patients with skeletal Class III malocclusion who underwent two-jaw OGS. Patients were divided into three groups (high, medium, and low angle) based on the presurgical Frankfort-mandibular plane angle.
