The growing interest in employing nano-sized pharmaceutical formulations in veterinary medicine has prompted the exploration of the novel nanocarriers' ability to augment the therapeutic outcome. In this study, we harnessed niosomes, spherical nanocarriers formed through non-ionic surfactant self-assembly, to enhance the therapeutic efficacy of the broad-spectrum antibiotic florfenicol. Pre-formulation studies were conducted to identify the optimal parameters for preparing florfenicol-loaded niosomes (FLNs).
