Primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) is an aggressive subtype of non-Hodgkin lymphoma that carries a poor prognosis in the elderly. The aim of this study is to investigate treatment patterns and survival trends in patients ≥ 65 years with PCNSL through data provided by the Texas Cancer Registry. Adults ≥ 65 years diagnosed with PCNSL and followed between 1995-2017 were identified and separated into three eras: 1995-2003, 2004-2012, and 2013-2017.
