Background: The WHO 2017 classification of endocrine tumors incorporates lineage-specific transcription factors (TF) and hormone expression for the classification of pituitary adenoma (PA). There is paucity of reports describing the spectrum of PA based on this classification.
Objective: The aim of this study was to delineate the spectrum of PA based on WHO 2017 classification of endocrine tumors.
Monitoring serotype-specific IgG levels against pneumococci is crucial for assessing immunity, vaccine efficacy, and evaluating vaccination programs. The WHO ELISA for pneumococci is a standardized assay ensuring consistency in testing and comparability of results across laboratories. It involves a rigorous testing process to confirm accurate, precise and reliable detection of antibodies.

Background: The ongoing pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) which was caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) has led to efforts from the medical and scientific community in understanding the biological basis of COVID-19 pathophysiological mechanisms. Thus, analysis of various hematological and immunological parameters may be helpful for COVID-19 infection evaluation for risks involved and effectiveness in management.
Aim: The aim of this study was to analyze the role of various hematological and immunological parameters in patients infected with SARS-CoV-2.
Background: Essential hypertension is a type of hypertension which bears no etiological reasons. It is found to affect approximately 90 to 95 percent of hypertensive individuals. Similarly, type 2 diabetes or diabetes mellitus is a genetically determined systemic condition with a close relation to familial medical history.

How they perceive their oral health-related quality of life (OHRQoL) is important for health-care provider for understanding and planning in patient management. The data of expat workers and their OHRQoL in KSA are meager; hence, assessment of OHRQoL among expatriate working population in Al Zulfi, Saudi Arabia was planned.

Methodology: Sixty patients with chronic periodontitis of mild to moderate type with periodontal pocket depths (PDs) of 4-6 mm were recruited. At baseline, plaque index, gingival index, and bleeding index were assessed.
Introduction: Cataract is any opacification in lens or its capsule, which accounts for about 50% of treatable blindness worldwide. The prevalence of cataract in India is about 62.6%.

Although many Hg detection methods have been developed, only few offer sensitivities below 1pM. Herein, we describe a simple histidine (H) conjugated perylene diimide (PDI) bolaamphiphile (HPH) as a dual-responsive optical marker to develop highly selective and sensitive probe as visible (sol-to-gel transformation), fluorescence and SERS-based Hgsensor platform in the water.

Extensive research has demonstrated the protective properties of antioxidants, which scavenge reactive oxygen species and their precursors, as well as up-regulate enzymes involved in the repair of cellular damage. Several case-control studies have showed higher blood levels of antioxidants and decreased oxidative stress in younger individuals when compared with older ones. Cell damage caused by free radicals appears to be a major contributor in aging and degenerative diseases of aging such as cancer, cardiovascular disease, cataracts, compromised immune system, rheumatoid arthritis and brain dysfunction.

Thermal analysis (DSC, TGA) crystallographic (PXRD) and spectroscopic techniques (FT-IR) were used for the characterization of the polymorphs. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) analysis was explored by high-resolution dynamic (Hi-Res-dynamic) and high-resolution modulated (Hi-Res-modulated) test procedures to quantify the hydrate polymorphic mixtures.
