Organic/Si hybrid solar cells have attracted considerable attention for their uncomplicated fabrication process and superior device efficiency, making them a promising candidate for sustainable energy applications. However, the efficient collection and separation of charge carriers at the organic/Si heterojunction interface are primarily hindered by the inadequate work function of poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene): poly (styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS). Here, the application of a high-work-function MoO film onto the n-Si/PEDOT:PSS surface leads to a notable enhancement in the device's built-in potential.

Recently, antimony-doped tin oxide nanoparticles (ATO NPs) have been widely used in the fields of electronics, photonics, photovoltaics, sensing, and other fields because of their good conductivity, easy synthesis, excellent chemical stability, high mechanical strength, good dispersion and low cost. Herein, for the first time, a novel nonvolatile transistor memory device is fabricated using ATO NPs as charge trapping sites to enhance the memory performance. The resulting organic nano-floating gate memory (NFGM) device exhibits outstanding memory properties, including tremendous memory window (∼85 V), superhigh memory on/off ratio (∼10), long data retention (over 10 years) and eminent multilevel storage behavior, which are among the optimal performances in NFGM devices based on organic field effect transistors.

Inorganic halide perovskite quantum dots (IHP QDs) have been widely studied in optoelectronic devices because of their size-dependent tunable bandgaps, long electron-hole diffusion lengths and excellent absorption properties. Herein, a novel floating-gate organic field-effect transistor memory (FGOFETM) is demonstrated, comprising a floating-gate of IHP QDs embedded in a polystyrene matrix. In this paper, we report a series of fluorescent biocompatible nanoparticles (NPs), prepared by a facile reprecipitation-encapsulation method, for cellular labeling. The as-prepared NPs exhibit a narrow size distribution of 70-110 nm, and a core-shell structure comprised of a hybrid core doped with different dyes and a poly-L-lysine (PLL) shell. With coumarin 6, nile red, and meso- tetraphenylporphyrin as the imaging agents, the fluorescent NPs gave green, orange, and red emissions respectively.

Through a sample of 686 Chinese adolescents (mean age = 13.73 years; 50% girls), we examined the compensatory and moderating effects of prosocial behavior on the direct and indirect associations between forms of aggression and relational victimization mediated by peer relationships among adolescent girls and boys. The results indicated that only adolescent girls' relationally aggressive behaviors could be directly linked with their experiences of relational victimization, and both relationally and overtly aggressive adolescent boys and girls might be more often rejected by their peers, which, in turn, could make them targets of relational aggression.

In this Article, we report the successful fabrication of large-area ordered Si nanowire arrays (NWAs) by a cost-effective and scalable wet-etching process in combination with nanospheres lithography technique. The periodical Si NWAs are further investigated as photocathode for water splitting, with excellent hydrogen evolution performances with a maximum photocurrent density of 27 mA cm(-2) achieved, which is ∼2.5 times that of planar Si and random Si nanowires electrode.
