The 'intention' classification of a user question is an important element of a task-engine driven chatbot. The essence of a user question's intention understanding is the text classification. The transfer learning, such as BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers) and ERNIE (Enhanced Representation through Knowledge Integration), has put the text classification task into a new level, but the BERT and ERNIE model are difficult to support high QPS (queries per second) intelligent dialogue systems due to computational performance issues.

Sepsis is a systemic inflammatory response syndrome caused by infection. Septic patients often show an acute liver dysfunction during the onset of sepsis in ICU. We found the levels of ALT, AST, TBIL increased significantly in septic patients and returned after recovery from sepsis in our ICU (P<0.

Background: The aim of this meta-analysis was to assess if early mobilization and rehabilitation in the intensive care unit (ICU) could reduce ICU-acquired weakness (ICU-AW), improve functional recovery, improve muscle strength, shorten the length of ICU and hospital stays, and reduce the mortality rate.

Methods: A comprehensive literature search in PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, SinoMed (Chinese BioMedical Literature Service System, China), and National Knowledge Infrastructure, China (CNKI) was performed. Results were expressed as a risk ratio (RR) with 95% confidence intervals (95% CIs) or weight mean difference (WMD) with 95% CIs.

MIND4-17 is a recently developed NF-E2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) activator, which uniquely causes Nrf2 disassociation from Keap1. Here, we showed that pretreatment with MIND4-17 significantly inhibited hydrogen peroxide (HO)-induced viability reduction of primary osteoblasts and OB-6 osteoblastic cells. Meanwhile, MIND4-17 inhibited both apoptotic and non-apoptotic osteoblast cell death by HO.

MicroRNA (miR)-375 has been reported to function as a tumor suppressor in gastric cancer via targeting Janus kinase 2 (JAK2). Until now, no clinical evidence of miR-375-JAK2 combination in gastric cancer has been documented. Here, quantitative real-time PCR was performed to detect the serum levels of miR-375 and JAK2 mRNA in 100 patients with gastric cancer and 50 healthy controls.

Activation of AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) could efficiently protect osteoblasts from dexamethasone (Dex). Here, we aim to induce AMPK activation through miRNA-mediated downregulating its phosphatase, protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A). We discovered that microRNA-429 ("miR-429") targets the catalytic subunit of PP2A (PP2A-c).

To investigate the difference in clinical efficacy and safety of different meropenem regimens on patients with serious infection in ICU. Then, 228 patients with serious infection in ICU were divided by random into control group (intermittent administration in 1000mg/30min single dose) and research group (continuous administration in 200mg/10min +800mg/180min), respectively. The blood concentration of meropenem were recorded in two groups at different time points, and difference in treatment effectiveness, iconographic effectiveness, bacterial eradication rate, 28-day survival rate and many other clinical scoring indices (SOFA, APACHEII, CPIS, and SIRS) were compared between two groups.

Excessive glucocorticoid (GC) usage may lead to non-traumatic femoral head osteonecrosis. Dexamethasone (Dex) exerts cytotoxic effect to cultured osteoblasts. Here, we investigated the potential activity of Compound 13 (C13), a novel α1 selective AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) activator, against the process.

Long-term glucocorticoid (GC) usage may cause non-traumatic femoral head osteonecrosis. Dexamethasone (Dex) is shown to exert potent cytotoxic effect to osteoblasts. Here, we investigated the potential activity of α-melanocyte stimulating hormone (α-MSH) against the process.

Our previous study suggests that heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) may play an important role in the metastasis of gastric cancer. Zinc protoporphyrin IX (ZnPPIX) is a special HO-1 inhibitor that inhibits the angiogenesis of pancreatic and lung cancer. In this study, we employed ZnPPIX to investigate the role of HO-1 in peritoneal metastasis of gastric cancer (PMGC) and explored the potential mechanism.

It was recently shown that compound K (CK), an intestinal bacterial metabolite of ginseng saponin, exhibits antihepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) activity, and Bid is a potential drug target for HCC therapy. This paper reports a novel mechanism of CK-induced apoptosis of HCC cells via Bid-mediated mitochondrial pathway. CK dramatically inhibited HCC cells growth in concentration- and time-dependent manners, and a high dose of CK could induce HCC cell apoptotic cell death.
