Introduction: Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) and Continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) are treatments for critically ill patients with respiratory failure and acute kidney injury. However, no reliable factors have been identified to predict survival in patients treated with both ECMO and CRRT. The aim of this study was to identify prognostic factors for discharging intensive care unit (ICU) patients who required CRRT during ECMO.
