[A case of metastatic colon cancer treated with oxaliplatin combination chemotherapy].

A 77-year-old male had been operated for ascending colon cancer with liver metastases. After hepatic artery injection therapy and CPT-11 plus 5'-DFUR combination therapy, oxaliplatin-based systemic chemotherapy was performed. Consequently, the tumor size was controlled for about 10 months.
