Objective: To examine the association between surgically diagnosed endometriosis and pregnancy outcomes in subsequent pregnancies.
Design: Retrospective cohort study of women who delivered a singleton live birth from 2003 to 2013 in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
Setting: Tertiary level academic center.
Background: Catamenial pneumothorax is a rare but serious condition for women of reproductive age. We describe a trial of dienogest as hormonal therapy for catamenial pneumothorax and review the literature on hormonal suppressive therapy for this condition.
Case: A 39-year-old female, gravida 0 para 0, presented with recurrent pneumothoraces coinciding with her menses.

Methods: We collected EMLs from the 144 LMICs identified by the World Bank through broad-based Internet searches and in collaboration with the World Health Organization. We identified therapies for hypertension, eclampsia, preeclampsia complications (e.g.
The hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, in particular preeclampsia, matter because adverse events occur in women with preeclampsia and, to a lesser extent, in women with the other hypertensive disorders. These adverse events are maternal, perinatal, and neonatal and can alter the life trajectory of each individual, should that life not be ended by complications. In this review we discuss a number of priorities and dilemmas that we perceive to be facing health services in low and middle income countries as they try to prioritize interventions to reduce the health burden related to preeclampsia.

The structural and functional consequences of the deletion of the plug are now examined. Both in vivo and in vitro observations indicate that the plug domain is not essential to the function of the translocon.
