Neural dynamics are processes that describe how neurons in the brain change their activities through time in a coordinated manner. In motor control, neural dynamics, governed by both local dynamics of the motor cortex as well as inputs from other brain regions, drive the population neural state to evolve from an initial value. A notable feature is the emergence of rotation-like dynamics in neural state space.

Metals have traditionally served as the primary functional phase in the development of metamaterials exhibiting epsilon-near-zero (ENZ) and epsilon-negative (EN) responses, albeit with persisting ambiguities regarding their response mechanisms. This paper presents the tunable ENZ (' ~ 0) and EN (' < 0) parameters at the 20-MHz to 1-GHz region based on Cu/CaCuTiO (Cu/CCTO) metacomposites. By means of first-principles calculations and multi-physics simulations, the underlying mechanisms governing ENZ and EN responses are unveiled.

It is necessary to explore automatic measurements with deep learning to improve breeding efficiency and promote the development of industry. In this paper, a novel approach to measuring the body dimensions of live Qinchuan cattle with on transfer learning is proposed.
