The compound C(35)H(30)N(2)S(3) was created through a solvent-free reaction method.
The molecule has an E,E configuration, positioning the benzene and pyrimidine rings on opposite sides of the carbon-carbon double bonds.
π-π stacking was observed between the nearly parallel pyrimidine and benzene rings of neighboring molecules, with a centroid-centroid separation of 3.5808 Å.
