In the article, the authors continue to study the service sector for the elderly as a segment of the silver economy market. During the expert survey, services were identified that would be advisable to provide to older citizens. In particular, the block «information and innovation type services» is clearly identified.

However, little is known about the mechanism of interaction between these proteins, and the structure of the HSA-ACE complex has not yet been obtained experimentally. The purpose of the presented work is to apply computer modeling methods to study the interaction of HSA with ACE in order to obtain preliminary details about the mechanism of their interaction.

It was previously determined that ATL, CLO, and DES are capable of voltage-dependent blocking of NMDA receptors of glutamate (NMDAR), which play a key role in pathogenesis of neuropathic pain. Despite the similar structure of ATL, CLO, and DES, efficacy of their interaction with NMDAR varies significantly.

GC keeps its leading position in cancer ranks despite the decline in incidence and mortality over the last 50 years. Local epidemiological information will help in better targeting medical and public health interventions.

Based on the consideration of various interpretations of this concept, the author's definition of the category «silver economy» is proposed with the allocation of two vectors of its development: economy - for the elderly and the elderly - for the economy. The purpose of the study was to assess the potential demand for silver economy products: in accordance with it, the paper presents the results of a specific sociological (expert) survey conducted by the authors in St.

Even though the therapeutic effectiveness of bemethyl is well documented, there is a gap in knowledge regarding its metabolic products and their quantitative and qualitative characteristics. Since 2018, bemethyl is included to the Monitoring Program of the World Anti-Doping Agency, which highlights the challenge of identifying its urinary metabolites.

Many regulatory proteins govern the transit of receptors by activating kinesin, and Aurora kinases are one of them. In this study, we have performed in silico molecular dynamics simulation to delineate the dynamic interaction of Aurora kinase A with its pharmacological inhibitor, tozasertib.

The available therapeutic options are associated with a variety of limitations, including severe side effects, and unmet medical needs, warranting further research to identify and validate potential targets. Adenosine receptors system is a widely studied target, which evidently was successful in alleviation of neuropathic pain in several experimental paradigms, and researchers are putting efforts in building its clinical roadmap.

NMDA receptors (NMDARs) represent a target for ATL and are involved in sensitization of neuropathic pain. Here we describe two actions of ATL on NMDARs: 1) enhancement of Ca-dependent desensitization and 2) trapping channel block.

Such patients need corrective therapy with antidepressants, antipsychotics or anticonvulsants. It is known that some psychotropic drugs are also effective for the treatment of neuropathic pain and pruritus syndromes due to interaction with the secondary molecular targets.

The article outlines the results of the measurement of the intergenerational relationships done by means of sociological methods. The attempt to measure the intergenerational relationships was carried out in the course of the expert poll, conducted by the authors in 2016 within the framework of the project № 16-02-00495 «Human capital of the senior generation: preservation and usage», supported by the Russian Foundation for Humanities and the Russian Foundation for Basic Research.

At this water-flooded oilfield, the microbial community of formation water from the near-bottom zone of an injection well where the most active microbial processes of oil degradation occur was investigated using molecular, cultural, radiotracer, and physicochemical techniques. The samples of microbial DNA and RNA from back-flushed water were used to obtain the clone libraries for the 16S rRNA gene and cDNA of 16S rRNA, respectively.

In this study we systematically studied action of seven drugs (Fluoxetine, Citalopram, Desipramine, Amitriptyline, Atomoxetine, Chlorpromazine, and Clozapine) on NMDA receptors and Ca-permeable and -impermeable AMPA receptors in rat brain neurons by whole-cell patch-clamp technique. Except for weak effect of fluoxetine, all drugs were virtually inactive against Ca-impermeable AMPA receptors.

The effect of electrostatic interactions on the absorption of the positively charged reversible inhibitor tetramethylammonium, its neutral structural analogue neopentane C(CH(3))(4), and the natural substrate acethylcholine to the active sites of acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase has been studied by molecular modeling methods. It has been shown that the dominant absorption of positively charged ligands is due to the anchoring of the cationic group of the ligand in the anionic subsite of both enzymes through the interaction of the pi-cation with the benzene ring of tryptophan. The correlation between the free energy of complex formation and the catalytic activity of charged tetramethylammonium has been revealed for both enzymes.
