Objective: The aim: Determination of anatomical and topographical relationships of the eyeball anterior segment structures to assess possible glaucoma development risk factors in SED patients with myopic refraction.
Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: Patients, aged from 10 to 34, have been examined since 2009. All the patients have undergone required medic and genetic examination as well as generally accepted ophthalmological one.
Objective: The aim: To identify immunohistochemical and morphometric features of chorionic trophoblast cells and fetal membranes derived decidual cells, which were obtained from stillbirths associated with pre-eclampsia, iron deficiency anemia, and acute chorioamnionitis.
Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: The study included 58 fetal membranes of fetuses, who died in the ante-intranatal period. The membranes were divided into 6 obstetric history-based groups: premature (n = 8) and full-term (n = 8) stillbirths complicated by preeclampsia; premature (n = 8) and full-term ( n = 8) stillbirths complicated by iron deficiency anemia, premature (n = 10) and full-term (n = 16) stillbirths complicated by chorioamnionitis.
Fifty-one liver tissue biopsies of full-term stillbirths from HIV-mono-infected mothers were investigated. All morphometric indices of non-parenchymal liver cells were calculated using the Avtandilov microscopic morphometric grid, which consisted of 100 equidistant points. It was inserted into the microscope ocular tube with a total × 200 microscope magnification.

Patients And Methods: Material and methods: The morphometric investigation included 45 liver tissue biopsies of healthy newborns. All morphometric parameters of the parenchymal and stromal liver components were calculated using the Avtandilov microscopic morphometric grid.
Objective: Introduction: In children population of Ukraine the diseases of the gastrointestinal tract are quite common, among which a significant number of cases occur in liver diseases. The complexity of the liver functions formation in antenatal and intranatal periods, its morphofunctional immaturity lead to the high sensitivity of this organ to the influence of various factors from the mother organism. Actual issues are the detection of the mother's pathology influence on the formation of diseases «cargo» in children remote stages of ontogenesis.

The research was conducted on autopsy material: the kidneys, ureters and bladders of mature foetuses and newborns. Four groups were formed in the study: group I - foetuses and newborns from mothers with physiological pregnancy; group II - foetuses and newborns from mothers, whose pregnancy was complicated with a mild degree of preeclampsia; group III - foetuses and newborns from mothers, whose pregnancy was complicated with a moderately severe degree of preeclampsia; group IV - foetuses and newborns from mothers, whose pregnancy was complicated with severe preeclampsia.

An experiment was conducted on WAG rats for modeling high altitude hypoxia. Experimental animals were divided into four groups: I - control - fetuses and newborns from healthy rats; II - modeling of chronic intrauterine hypoxia; III - modeling of acute postnatal hypoxia; IV - modeling of mixed hypoxia.

The yield of the 320-fold purified LMrK was 16%. Trypsin released 13-14 micrograms-eq.

Particles of these PEC consist of a nucleus formed by sequences of salt bonds between the units of oppositely charged polyelectrolytes and the hydrophylic shell formed by ionized groups of polyanions which is in excess in PEC. Such a structure of PEC particles results in a cooperative phase transitions of these systems at slight variations of pH and ionic strength.
