Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of the minimally invasive locking plate technique (Philos plate) and interlocking intramedullary nailing technique (TRIGEN intramedullary nail) in the treatment of Neer two-part and three-part proximal humeral fractures.
Methods And Materials: The clinical data of 60 patients with Neer two-part and three-part proximal humerus fractures admitted to the hospital from April 2017 to April 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. Thirty-two patients were treated with the minimally invasive locking plate technique (minimally invasive plate group), and 28 patients were treated with the interlocking intramedullary nailing technique (intramedullary nail group).
A 64-year-old man was referred for 18 F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT scan for initial staging of biopsy-proved prostate adenocarcinoma. 18 F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT showed focal intense 18 F-PSMA-1007 of the prostate adenocarcinoma and a focal intense activity with SUV max of 10.5 in the left ilium.

Methods And Materials: The data of 68 patients with pilon fracture admitted to Hospital from June 2017 to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. Study group and control group were divided according to different operation methods, with 34 cases in each group.
Primary angiosarcoma of the kidney is a rare aggressive malignancy. We describe MRI and FDG PET/CT findings in a case of primary renal angiosarcoma with hepatic, pulmonary, and bony metastases. The large primary tumor showed extensive necrosis and increased FDG uptake in the nonnecrotic components.

One case had a desmoplastic fibroma in the right distal femur, showing bone destruction with sclerotic margins and inhomogeneous FDG uptake.

We describe FDG PET/CT and MRI findings of a dendritic fibromyxolipoma incidentally detected in a case with rectal adenocarcinoma. The dendritic fibromyxolipoma showed inhomogeneous FDG uptake with SUVmax of 4.

Compound K (CK), one of the major metabolites of ginsenosides, mediates the antimetastatic and anti-allergic activities of the ginsenosides. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of CK on level of type I collagen, matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-1 activity, and protein level in ultraviolet (UV)A-irradiated fibroblasts.
