Women's Work-Life Balance in Hospitality: Examining Its Impact on Organizational Commitment.

Women account for a large proportion of the hotel industry. Work-life conflict has become one of the main obstacles to the organizational commitment of women. Thus, this study investigates the relationship for women between work-life balance, as an independent variable, and organizational commitment, as a dependent variable.

In vivo antioxidant activity of total flavonoids from indocalamus leaves in aging mice caused by D-galactose.

Objective: The aim of this thesis is to explore antioxidant activity of total flavonoids extracted from indocalamus leaves.

Method: Aging mice model was established by D-galactose induction. Three groups of mice were treated with total flavonoids extracted from indocalamus leaves at doses of 20, 40 and 80 mg/kg d bw respectively.
