Background: This study aims to compare the efficacy and safety of chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) immunotherapy with standard treatment for B-cell lymphoma, providing evidence-based support for the more efficient use of CAR-T cell immunotherapy.
Methods: We conducted a comprehensive literature search of high-quality randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on CAR-T therapy for B-cell lymphoma in the following databases: Wanfang, Web of Science, CNKI, VIP database, and PubMed, up to February 2024. The outcome measures included objective remission rate (ORR), complete remission rate (CRR), and incidence of adverse reactions.
Autoimmune diseases (AIDs) are common diseases in the world. Some cases are difficult to cure and can only delay the progression of the diseases. The B lymphocyte stimulator (BLyS)/a proliferation-inducing ligand (APRIL) plays an important role in B cell homeostasis, regulation of both innate and adaptive immune responses.

However, the molecular mechanism and prognostic predictors of PRCC remain unclear and are worth deep studying. The aim of this study is to identify novel molecular classification and construct a reliable prognostic model for PRCC.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFFerroptosis is a mode of cell death that occurs in myocardial infarction (MI). Signals emanating from apoptotic cells are able to induce macrophage polarization through exosome-loading cargos, which plays a vital role in the process of disease. However, whether ferroptotic cardiomyocytes derived exosome (MI-Exo) during MI act on macrophage polarization and its mechanism remain unclear.

Only a few cell types express the pattern recognition receptor, also known as the AGE receptor (RAGE). However, it is triggered in almost all of the cells that have been investigated thus far by events that are known to cause inflammation.

A dual-chamber ICD was implanted after discovering intermittent high degree A-V block and ventricular tachycardia during hospitalization. An EP study was performed 2 days later.

Methods: Male ApoE mice (8 weeks old) were fed a high-fat diet for 14 weeks throughout the experiment. A MI model was produced using 18-week-old ApoE mice.
Objective: To evaluate the protective effects of salvianolate on percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) related myocardial injury or myocardial infarction after elective PCI in non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTE-ACS) patients.
Methods: A total of 149 patients with NSTE-ACS who underwent elective PCI were enrolled. The patients were randomly allocated in a 1:1 ratio to the salvianolate group (74 cases) or the control group (75 cases).
Objective: To determine the prevalence of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) related myocardial damage (injury or myocardial infarction), investigate several cardiac biomarkers, explore possible risk factors and assess survival in patients undergoing elective PCI.
Methods: Patients >18 years of age who had undergone an elective PCI at Huashan hospital in Shanghai, China from October 2016 to June 2017 and had baseline and post-PCI results available for four cardiac biomarkers (cTnT, CK-MB mass, hs-CRP and NT-ProBNP) were eligible. Patients were separated into two groups according to whether or not they had PCI related myocardial damage.
