This study aimed to verify the effects of participation motivation in sports climbing on leisure satisfaction and physical self-efficacy. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the causal relationships between participation motivation in sports climbing, leisure satisfaction, and physical self-efficacy, and to determine participation motivation. This study examined this causal relationship by verifying leisure satisfaction's mediating effect on the relationship between participation motivation in sports climbing and physical self-efficacy.

Previously, we identified the role of the cold-sensitive transient receptor potential (TRP) A1, M8 receptors as vascular cold sensors in mouse skin. We hypothesised that this dynamic cold-sensor system may become dysfunctional in ageing.

The loss of this asymmetry due to mutations in the LPS biosynthesis or transport pathways causes the externalization of PLs to the outer leaflet of the OM and leads to OM permeability defects. Here, we used metabolic labeling to detect a compromised OM in intact bacteria.

Besides of its long degradation time, PLLA is usually hard and brittle, which hinders its usage in medical applications, i.e.
