The resulting cross section line shape exhibits several new structures, thereby offering an input for a future coupled-channel analysis and model tests, which are critical to understand vector charmonium-like states with masses between 4 and 5 GeV.

Objectives: To evaluate if the incidence of SARS-CoV-2 infection was reduced in laboratory workers who performed SARS-CoV-2 NAT, and whether this reduction resulted from the healthy worker effect.
Methods: This retrospective cohort study included 423 laboratory workers from 14 SARS-CoV-2 NAT laboratories in Xiamen, China.
Activation of bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) 4 signaling promotes the survival of retinal ganglion cell (RGC) after acute injury. In this study, we investigated the role of the BMP4 signaling pathway in regulating the degeneration of retinal ganglion cells (RGCs) in a mouse glaucoma model and its potential application in retinal stem cell. Our results demonstrate that BMP4-GPX4 not only reduces oxidative stress and iron accumulation but also promotes neuroprotective factors that support the survival of transplanted RSCs into the host retina.

Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the emotional experience of patients with thin endometrium (TE) who have repeatedly cancelled their cycles due to unsuitability for embryo implantation during the endometrial preparation phase of freeze-thaw embryo transfer (FET). The overall aim is to improve management strategies and quality of life for these patients.
Methods: A descriptive phenomenological methodology was utilized to conduct in-depth, semi-structured interviews with ten patients diagnosed with TE who had experienced repeated FET cancellations between January and June 2024.
Background: Peripheral inflammatory markers, including serum interleukin 6 (IL-6), are associated with depression, but less is known about how these markers associate with depression at different stages of the life course.
Methods: We examined the associations between serum IL-6 levels at baseline and subsequent depression symptom trajectories in two longitudinal cohorts: ALSPAC (age 10-28 years; = 4,835) and UK Biobank (39-86 years; = 39,613) using multilevel growth curve modeling. Models were adjusted for sex, BMI, and socioeconomic factors.
Plp1-lineage Schwann cells (SCs) of peripheral nerve play a critical role in vascular remodeling and osteogenic differentiation during the early stage of bone healing, and the abnormal plasticity of SCs would jeopardize the bone regeneration. However, how Plp1-lineage cells respond to injury and initiate the vascularized osteogenesis remains incompletely understood. Here, by employing single-cell transcriptional profiling combined with lineage-specific tracing models, we uncover that Plp1-lineage cells undergoing injury-induced glia-to-MSCs transition contributed to osteogenesis and revascularization in the initial stage of bone injury.
