In this case report, we describe a 53-year-old woman who presented with a slow-growing lower lid mass in her right eye. On gross examination, a remarkable lower lid bulging was noted. On palpation, a subcutaneous oval-shaped mass with a firm consistency, measuring about 2cm, was noted.

Material And Methods: A 24-year-old man presented with unilateral paracentral scotoma following non-ocular trauma in a car accident. The relative afferent pupillary defect was negative and the best corrected visual acuities of both eyes were 10/10 (by the Snellen chart scale).

Objective: To describe a patient with hemi-retinal artery occlusion following methanol toxicity.
Methods: Observational case report.
Results: We report a case presented with an acute altitudinal visual field loss in the right eye following consumption of illicit alcoholic drink.
Background: Description of an abnormal corneal lesion as a complication of a clear corneal incision in cataract surgery.
Case Presentation: A 55-year-old woman presented, complaining of right eye pain and redness for 6 months, which started 1 month after her uncomplicated cataract surgery. On gross examination, the bulbar conjunctiva was hyperemic and a vascularized salmon-pink nodule with a smooth surface was noted over the supratemporal region of the cornea, just anterior to the previous superior corneal incision, with superficial feeder vessels originating from the adjacent conjunctiva toward the lesion.
Periorbital carboxytherapy is used as one of the non-surgical facial rejuvenation methods in recent years. In this modality, the sterile carbon dioxide is injected into the subcutaneous space, assuming that to improve blood supply and repair of the injection site. Here, we report a 24- year-old woman who presented with acute bilateral orbital emphysema starting one day after cosmetic periorbital carboxytherapy.
