Absent Tc-99m ciprofloxacin (infecton) uptake in a renal abscess.

A 40-year-old male diabetic presented with a 1-month history of flank pain, fever, and chills. Examination revealed pyrexia and left flank tenderness. Pus and red cells were seen on urine microscopy and Klebsiella was isolated from the urine.
