Serous cystadenomas represent 16% of pancreatic serous neoplasms. It can be subdivided into 4 variants: polycystic, oligocystic, honeycomb and solid. Such tumors rarely turn malignant.

Background: Acromial morphology is an important pathophysiological factor for the development of subacromial impingement syndrome. There are 3 radiological methods to evaluate acromial morphology: Bigliani, modified Epstein, and acromial angle. However, their reliability have not been compared in a single study, nor using standardized radiographs.

[Suddenly occurring pain in the shin due to solitary metastasis to bone from a non-recognised primary tumour].

A woman who had formerly had adequately treated breast cancer presented with symptoms of pain in the right shin. An X-ray of the punctum maximum for the pain showed a bone lesion. Biopsy revealed that it came from an adenocarcinoma of the lung, contrary to the first diagnosis of breast cancer meta-stasis.
