Coarctation of the aorta (CoA) is a congenital heart disease found in a newborn with an incidence of 6%. It presents a significant clinical challenge in neonates posted for major surgeries like tracheoesophageal fistula (TEF) repair. We report the case of anesthetic management of a 2-day-old infant with CoA and duct-dependent circulation posted for TEF repair.
