Skin toxicities are the most common adverse effects of epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR-TKIs). While EGFR-TKIs induce pyroptosis in lung cancer cells through Gasdermin E (GSDME) activation, it is unknown whether they can similarly affect skin cells. In this study, we used immunohistochemistry to demonstrate that in acneiform rash, the N-terminus of GSDME (GSDME-N) is predominantly expressed in the basal layer of the follicular epithelium and sebocytes, while it is absent in the interfollicular epidermis.

This study introduces a novel self-supervised learning method for single-frame subtraction and vessel segmentation in coronary angiography, addressing the scarcity of annotated medical samples in AI applications. We pretrain a U-Net model on a large dataset of unannotated coronary angiograms using an image-to-image translation framework, then fine-tune it on a limited set of manually annotated samples. The pretrained model excels at comprehensive single-frame subtraction, outperforming existing DSA methods.

The coupling coordination of digitalization and green development has become an inevitable requirement for building a new development pattern and achieving high-quality development of China's economy. Based on the panel data of 284 Chinese cities from 2011 to 2021, this study uses the coupling coordination degree model, Dagum Gini coefficient, spatial convergence, Markov transfer probability matrix, and panel Tobit model to quantitatively analyze the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics and influencing factors of the coupling coordination degree of digitization and green development. The study results show that the coupling coordination degree (CCD) of digitalization and green development has an overall increasing trend during the study period, and the eastern region is higher than other regions which showing spatial non-equilibrium characteristics.

Weakly supervised object localization (WSOL), adopting only image-level annotations to learn the pixel-level localization model, can release human resources in the annotation process.
